If you are suffering from pain affecting the foot, ankle or lower limb a biomechanical assessment might be the answer. A full medical history will be taken, followed by a gait and lower limb assessment. If required foot casts can be taken during this appointment for bespoke orthotics (insoles) and a personalised treatment plan will be created. Orthotics can help manage pain and discomfort associated with many foot conditions. Many patients find orthotics help with bunion pain, plantar fasciitis, corns, back pain, knee pain and pain when running, these are only a few examples. Benefits include reduction in symptoms, increase comfort when walking and activity and improve alignment.
